how much wood and stones do you need to build a simple tier 1 house? And can you do it alone?

55k stone/wood and 5,5k metal I think it was. Going to take a while for the actual building part of the house alone but absolutely doable, just broing.

Yeah, it is doable. A little risky and stressful in the beginning being afk out in the world.

But it builds in stages so you can be more at ease after the walls get up some.

The most stressful part though is getting the deed to the locations and placed.

Do you mean that if a bandit or a murderer steals your house deed, it is gone? And he can use it himself?

if I have set the house deed, can enemy players destroy the unfinished house?

Yes and yes. Right now it is very hard to nearly impossible to destroy anything though. They will add siege equipment later.

a finished small house has 1 million HP

If you get killed on the way to place the deed then it is in your loot.

I actually was careless and lost the first deed I tried to take out.

My loss but I am sure it gave the player that killed me an unexpected surprise.

I just started over and had the house built a couple days later.


When you first put the house out it will not have as much hitpoints and you will have to pay upkeep.

Not sure exactly how much it took but I had to put in a bit of mats before it would allow me to start building.

So be prepared with some mats and a little silver to get you started.

make sure u bring some metal stone and wood with u so u can put some HP on in straight away when u put it down only has 500 hp to begin with which is only like 50 hits to break
