HELP: Buildings are invisible to me!

How can I fix this bug?? It just recently started happening to me and buildings are invisible!

I relogged, I reinstalled the game, I alternated between DX11 and DX12... wtf is going on?

I think I had that once when I changed my graphical settings. Don´t exactly remember what it was though.

Reset your viewing distance. Dont remember the settingsname but its a slider. Pull it to 100 for testing.

Since its a user setting reinstalling didnt help.
