Has anyone ever had their house reimbursed from vanishing?

I am currently in the middle of the very most non sympathetic GM experience ever. Friday I placed a house. Worked on building it through the weekend.
Placed house, tree in floor, GM comes and moves it, yay continue on.
Run back and forth to the city, an hour or so each time, buy materials, build house etc.
Leave to buy stuff, come back, house gone. Not only house but everything in chest.... stacks of guard fur, reptile carapace *I'm the guild armorer*

Petition and I'm getting the same exact run around as everyone that has ever lost a house in this game. Oh there's no record of a house. I'm like well, how about ask the gm who moved it from the tree maybe?

Not one time. Not once has the gm even for a moment acted sympathetic. Not even a hint of giving a crap. A robotic response of waiting g on database, or logs.

Bro. We invest our time and our guild mates time in a game we are trying to love....

Upkeep wasn't it. It had 300,000 plus hit points, I was gone one hour to come back and it's gone. A new house has built in upkeep longer than the 2 days it existed.

What the actual hell?

I remember someone did but only because the GMs manually removed it from game. Otherwise SV has a very 'buyer beware' mentality in that if something goes wrong its on your end. Players can also destroy your house so that could've happened too I suppose

I was gone one hour, it had like 350,000 hit points, there would have to be an army of people hitting it for that to happen.
They will say it's my fault, and screw me over. You know it, I know it, and they know it.

It's just futile as hell to think they will do the right thing.

I only heard of one time a GM offered a refund. My guildy had two houses and the GM told him that they would delete and then refund him one.

the other guildy placed a house infront of the keep door and they deleted it and refused to refund it even though he followed all in game rules and logic.

SV is known for bad GM customer serverice. Prob because they know these mo1 vets wont quit over a thing like this because they have nothing else to play.

Best thing to do at this stage is screenshot/record all behaviours of the GM's and non-stop report this to the community to make them aware of this non-sense which has been happening since MO1.

Everyone has much better hardware/recordings to prove this shit isn't acceptable anymore.

So many people have lost houses/decorations and the GM's not doing their jobs is the most stupidest shit I've seen, If this continues when the subscription starts it will be an even awful look for SV.

They need proper logging that is visible to the GMs and to the players - and if you are offline, then you see the log report when you are next online.
> Your house lost upkeep and was destroyed
> Your house was destroyed by hostile players
If the house disappears with no reason you then know it's a bug, and it seems reasonable to ask for it to be replaced.

And I truly understand that there are liars and cheats etc, bit man o man lose every single thing you own on an established character AND all your guilds mats for armor and the lack of empathy and information is the loudest silence ever.

Horrible customer service effort, which we seem to have often seen reinforced by their action. Or lack of.

I find it depends who the GM is. One Gm whenever a pet was stuck on a node line, pet was moved nothing said.
Another Gm acted quite different. My dad lost a tier3 house deed in his house and one Gm came and told my dad nothing he could do to replace the tables he had, and my dad did not have a screenshot and agreed.(always screenshot items you have). But then was told to speak to a higher up GM .
It was like night and day, being honest this GM should not be a GM period.
Yes it's a game their are bugs and things happen.
But all GMs should be given same amount of power but also be respectful back. Yes before anyone say's it, there are always angry rude people and cons in any game.
This one deed the gm even seen we had it , polite and was straight with us.
The second one ....... I can understand what they are going through,
They do need more GM's , but it should be posted what GM's can do and cannot do as well who to go to if they cannot help you.
I appreciate the Gms who have been doing a great job answering questions in game, unsticking pets etc. As well have patience in the help chat at times. I feel sorry for them at times. I hope they give your materials back and replace your home.
The amount of time it took for your profession, and people depending on you is a huge responsibility.

Housing is still VERY iffy to use. I honestly wouldn’t recommend ANYONE place a house yet because of the number of missing items and bugs.

my guild had the crafting stations vanish multiple times (we have main crafting house) and a members house straight up vanish as well. GMs have replaced the crafting stations each time (they say they have logs) but refused to do anything about the members house (they said they had no logs).

given that you never know if your workbenches will actually be there, or he’ll even if your items are going to straight up vanish. I can’t recommend to our members to build homes. I’ve actually advised them to NOT use houses period yet

I agree houses are buggy but many people are crafters for the guilds they are in. With the lag and people being sniped and killed many rather craft in their homes. It took us 3 times to get the deed we needed for my dad to finish his home. We were attacked 2 times and lost the deed but his guild stepped in and escorted him on his last attempt. His guild would have helped the first time if he would have asked but my dad is very pig headed;P He didn't freak out losing 2 deeds as we know this is a pvp game. But his friends did give him a word for not asking for help when he needed it. I can understand the frustration the GMs are going through but at the same time need to understand that the time it takes to sell items etc to make the gold, farm the materials, get the people there to help and the whole time watching over your shoulder knowing you could be attacked at any minute. So I share your frustration and some GMs need to go. Some understand and some just don't care and just give the regular cant help cya routine. Its not just the content of the game that keep people playing, its how customer service treats its customers. Bugs happen, issues happen and if thats the case stop allowing houses being put down until issues are fixed.

We had the first Gm say he saw the deed and it was in the logs and was told to speak to the head gm. (big mistake).

My stronghold was replaced. Built to over 50% and 5 hours later it was ghost along with 15K gold worth of materials... I got the building replaced but the materials were not, I have since lost multiple crafting tables and honestly its just not worth petitioning a GM at this point for the tables...

Unless GMs are on heavy "medications," if dude moved the house, that should be all you need. I'm definitely used to poor customer service in life and have had many battles over things. It's too bad. It's just unfortunate to hear a basic "sorry for your loss" when it affects them in NO WAY and you've lost time and not only that, but, not to use a cliche, a piece of yourself. Putting down a structure really is more than just the sum of its parts. It's like a we n here moment, yknow? Yeah, definitely feel your pain, but beyond that I dunno what else to say!

I think they've got a lot more problems. To be honest, I have started thinking about housing or perhaps a stronghold for our doods, but I want to wait until this whole debacle is over. It's no secret people are losing structures and "there is no record of it." I mean, I would record the whole thing, but still... I'm not even giving a though to placing something until all of this is over.

I think unless you just wanna put down a house for a bit of trolls and not put too many mats, etc, in it... then do that, but don't expect much.

I know so many people that abused the GM's in MO1.
I lost my horse due to a "bug". In reality he got killed in PVP and there wasn't any bug involved. And there were many cases where the GM even revived the "bugged" horse.
So probably SV just learned from the past (but yes, they should keep logs for such things as houses).
