Can anyone point me to where I can read about the new flagging system?

Not too much info has been given about it but

the FAQ on the main MO2 site has a veteran faq section that talks about the flagging

rolufe had a 5 hour interview where they talk a bit about it at one point

and im pretty sure i saw henrik talking about it on discord
