This is just a snippet of the bugs that i wrote down from the top of my head.
Its endless and many more will be added so how about you guys start fixing and I keep reporting.
If anyone has a list of its own - share it to get the garbage sorted and cleaned out. Once and forever. Ill update this list.

WEIGHT SYSTEM - Why not make 1000kg stacks at least? Also any stack of anything weights 100kg which automatically makes you overloaded and unable to defend yourself, thats a lot of fun when almost everything worth looting is stackable.
1.) Coupled with the fact that when you kill anything you have 5 stacks of corpses to butcher through individually. When you kill 10 creatures you have 40 stacks of items to butcher. Once butchered you have another 6 Stacks of items...
2.) Any time you kill/loot anyone you are most of the times criminal and overweight to the point were you cannot carry even a single stack out of there and are a sitting duck for looting 1 stack of bone tissue by mistake and now you cannot delete it for 120 seconds.
3.) One cannot put stolen items into horse bags for 2 minutes. Doing any criminal action which includes looting anything really, will result in you being stuck in place unable to fight, while there are xx stacks of items perhaps to be looted.
4.) Total carry weight of any character is reduced to such a point, were as an alvarin or low enough str you cannot even carry a single set of heavy armor, weapons, horse armor and such from a single corpse away, without getting overloaded again. Horses Armor & Bags are just the tip of the iceberg, dead within seconds.
DESYNC - It is a dessert? Is it a plane? No its lag, Worst its desync disguised as a laggy dessert.
1.) The lag between players combined with the desyncing issue makes it next to impossible to hit spells, arrows and attacks consistently, simply because the enemies are not were they are supposed to be.
2.) Worst concept and design ive ever experienced since tarkov. Desync as a concept to optimize the lag experience of the game "between austrians and australians". ROFLMAO I guess now one cannot revert from this broken system, which screws up EVERYONE - players warping worst than in tarkov.
3.) A terror bird cannot hit a player even tho its much faster then the player can be on the ground. I watched a player walking backwards and the bird didnt hit him ONCE! Like most pets - badly designed for any pvp engagement even pve. Almost useless all the pets.
CHAT - Dont get me started or everyone gets a mute again.
1.) Voice chat only works on 10m Range.
2.) Local & Local Yell chat only works on 5m range.
3.) No race alliance chat.
4.) No general chat.
5.) No trade chat.
6.) No outlet to talk about pvp.
7.) CAPSLOCK, ONLY ENGLISH LANGUAGE, NO INSULT, ONLY HELP ASSISTANCE - IN HELP CHAT THE ONLY CHAT THERE IS - R O F L M A O
GAMEPLAY MECHANICS - I´ll,I´ll,I´ll,I´ll,I´ll,I´ll,I´ll,I´ll,I´ll,I´ll
1.) Holding down "R" instead of pressing R once and then you have an animation. You constantly need to press the button like a robot. That is 80% of the gameplay right there. Press&Hold R. Press&Hold R. Press&Hold R. Press&Hold R. Press&Hold R. This game isnt being played with a controller. Which means when taming a lvl 100 creature which has 0.001% chance to tame you keep ending up pressing and holding R until you got a cramp in your index finger.
2.) Horses die within seconds - literally no horse spawns in the area since all spawns are fixed and not dynamic or ability to get a horse quickly - which makes the entire traveling around the world disgusting once your horse dies. Looking for one - equally disgusting with fixed spawns that are being camped by zerg guilds.
3.) When everyone is dead within 1-6 meele attacks, arrow hits or spell hits, depending on the HEAVY ARMOR which he is wearing at the time. You turn this game into a disgusting meeleheavyarmor zergfest. MO2 Mages/Low Armor users are the battling with playing the worst class one could have ever designed for any games including mages. Dead within a handful seconds, dont have any damage output compared to a meele or long bow which 80% use with 120str.
4.) Moving the Redpriest away from any towns (10 minutes away) was the worst decision, making it easier for the zerg that lives at the keeps and worst for smaller groups of players.
5.) Crim Timer bugged in a way were you forever get the 240 seconds crim timer refreshed over and over endlessly until their friends can show up. 1 attack within 240 seconds is enough to refresh it for another 240 seconds. UO back in 97 solved that issue already - internally linked crim timers between the attacking players...
6.) When doing any action like, resting, equiping armor - the entire game becomes unresponsive for the duration of the animation. You are pretty much dead when this happens in a fight.
7.) When armor is destroyed, there is a one second "changing armor" animation/delay, were again the entire game becomes unresponsive. Especially nice in combat for mages, their armor breaks after a couple of hits.
8.) Foliage is not removeable ... this takes about 10-20 fps away even worst in the jungle. I am not talking about foliage which you can use to hide behind. I am talking about trillions of gras which is only producing lag, nothing else.
9.) Phantom player image - your character becomes an imovable mirror image and can be killed near a town - while you are kilometers away. This bug hasnt been present in the beta and is ruining all the fun, when suddenly you die without warning and without any indication of damage or information about it.
10.) Weaponswapping feels unresponsive and sluggish. Takes forever to switch a weapon. Also when mages cast spells and have another weapon equiped. It unequips equips the weapons randomly and fails casting the spells...
11.) Mute list holds 100 players - beyond that you get harassed to death by grown creatures that act like toxic rust kiddies!
