FIX: Horses should not be able to attack

People (nightmare) are setting horses to attack to block mages' field of view. Is that intended? Horses are not combat pets.

They have attacks as beast mastery skills and they have to be set to attack target to use that skills. So yes, horses can attack and that shouldnt be changed.

In MO1 wisents and springbok would attack at some point when wounded. Horses could attack too.
