I think it's weird people always thought it was weird! I can't explain asto why I roll females. I guess it gets boring looking at a dude all of the time. This German dude I played Guild Wars 1 with said it best "I'd rather spend 10,000 hours staring at a girl's ass." But there's also the 'to be different' and 'troll' aspect, which have been super memed over time, so it's not even that way anymore. Still, it's like using Lucky Chloe in Tekken, for some reason it triggers people.
I also think it's easier for me to divorce myself from reality when it's a female. I'm not trying to live THAT vicariously thru my character. I don't think I've rolled a male character and kept with it in years in an RPG custo game. It's not like waifu sim per se, but I can enjoy building a female. Building a dude is just like hmm. I've tried to make dudes like me on games and it's just wack. It seems to like create a weird dichotomy that I cannot rationalize and enjoy. And creating a dude that ISN'T like me also has that problem. Maybe instead of latent 'girl feelings,' it has more to do with egotism

I thought they would implement different voices according to the race/age, or at least, improve a lot the old ones.
