Told them, I am answered a 2H limit...

Still half your steam "player" are in Queue.

Edit: IF steam KNOW your problems, they should automatically refund WITHOUT ANY conditions.

At least accept mass refund, you know like mass recall of a product... it happen to car... at least for you its digital copies.

You were speaking of steam stopping the sell... well with this mindset, refund should also happen. Because its admitting selling a defective product.
