Please it would be great if you add some kind of aesthetic center where we can change the aesthetic of our character after creation, as well as class change or race by paying or whatever, thanks.

God only knows when it will be added, but Henrik has stated he wants to add a barber skill/npc to tackle aesthetic changes after character creation.
Race changes probably will never happen.
Luckily there is already confirmed height changing food, I'm unaware of any aging food/potions, but I know they've been talked about.
