The current spell description for Earthquake reads that it causes "likely knockdown to all in the area - including the caster". Which is an effect I've never seen happen in all the Earthquakes I have cast or been hit with, so I am guessing it meant to say Dismount.
The spell description should be revised to make it more clear to newcomers that it does not cause Knockdown, that or it's bugged and not working properly.
