How about, i get taming, i go find a bear, and start leveling it, you have 3 days to make as much skadite and oghmium as you can and we can see what kind of armorset or weapon you show up with. Ill make it easier for you, you can get your whole guild to help you mine tephra, lets see how many piece of Ogh you roll up with LMAO, maybe you will also be able to scrap up enough skadite for 1/10th of a dagger aswell.

People have always said Pets were Op (The bad Players) but there is a few things to note. I have seen some Axes Skaadite hit for over 200 damage. Bear has 962hp not 1000btw. If you just normal parry instead of side parry you will parry most pet attacks. Bears in particular will run away when first told to attack for about 10 seconds or so before the actual engagement happens... Though strangely i have seen bears run away for longer then that. Also pets keep their same defenses and can't really ever be buffed. Now let's discuss 1v1 a player vs a bear. 40 damage a hit out of your average fighter with 200 hp means you can survive 5 hits. Alternatively each swing from a Skaadite Axe can hit 200 damage which also equals 1000hp damage. Now if said player is wearing better armor end game shit like Oghmium armor that 40 damage from the bear would be more like 5 damage. The bear also takes hours upon hours to level up and in a group setting or vs a MA the Bear stands no chance. I have already beat a bear 1v1. There is lots of ways to do it. Mounted Archer is easiest way. Or Mc to kill Player and then kill bear when it is afk. If you want to duel i will but what kind of armor and weapons do you actually have to offer? I like dueling high risk high reward.

All i meant is that there is ways i can think of to defeat a bear. You can use herding and Cougars to rush enemy tamer and their damage will outdamage the bear coming for you. You can Mounted Archer it. You can use a Dire Wolf with a Horse, dire wolf attacks enemy player and player Mounted archers bear or player. Any strong metal Axe or Hammer as a foot fighter, Thursar life steal actually comes out ahead, You can Mc it. You can actually get the bear to overlap ontop of you to hide inside of it lol i have actually done that lots of times to kill it an then the player and the enemy player can't attack you that way. You can run and fight the bear towards any rocks and it can't climb up and it can get stuck. Any Elf Character can outrun the bear, it's actually possible to kite the bear to death with arrows or a Spear and kill it by running and stabbing it and regening stam, while staying out of range of it's attacks... Takes patience and takes a while but I've done it. You can also Hide in it's Fur and with lv 100 block you take no damage, thursar passive healing with passive regen works good with this strategy while you slowly lower it's hp. It's also actually possible for a Elf to outrun the command range of the pet bear. There is other ways too, but the main thing is people on this game half of them are just foot fighters used to standing ground and fighting head on without strategy. One game that teaches a lot of good strategy is League Of Legends you get so good at kiting and thinking of different ways to chip away at opponents hp from the smartest ways possible i got Diamond3 Rank on it which is really high rank. There's this one character in the game called Tryndamere. Everyone thinks Tryndamere is Op, he gets Critical Damage just from auto attacking, but he doesn't have any ranged attacks all he can do is run at you. There is a lot of characters in the game just like tryndamere and half of my friends are not even higher then Gold rank and they watch me play and don't understand what i am doing that they aren't doing, they think ranked league of legends games are a coin flip. And that isn't true. They just haven't learned the ranges of the enemy characters and how to kite or stay out their ranges or the different strategies that i come up with. And that's the difference, that's why they are still low rank.

That's true if the pet is easier to get then the weapon then that is a problem. But there is lots of different ways to kill the bear. But i suppose they are all outlandish or require specific builds and such. But I'm kinda surprised the other people one guy in particular was like in Shock at the thought that a player could even kill a bear that was funny. When i could list like a ton of ways off top of my head that i know work.

Oh yes Oh Wise one you've just made your account in March and now you are telling me it's impossible to kill a bear. And i truly believe you even though i have already done it. I'm pretty sure after 3 days you would still have bone tissue, because after many months of play and squashing your nose into the monitor glaring at forums post of people with higher skill then you, you still haven't learned how to kill a bear. The vote was rigged it didnt really win. Some people accused staff which was highly popular as well of being rigged by 60 votes. So they "corrected" the vote quite openly and bragged about it.

Henrik pretty much chose necro anyway knowing this after we thought we were getting a 2nd ingame vote.

They pretty much made allmost all of votes higher then staff out of spit which won the initial lock.

Do you think the Devs lied about lots of other stuff too then? Or will there still be Boats in the game and Crossbows and all that other stuff they promised.

I personally hope they dont put crossbows into game. I dont think they would be good for the gameplay.

Boats will come after wagons which is waiting on housing to finish because the need the mesh housing will use for placement to path for wagons.

Housing comes after keeps which dont use placement mesh because they are predetermined spots.

Not saying the devs were lying about anything. So far I have seen great progress and work.
