You don't have the access to alpha if you didnt buy the key or win it.
First you need to buy a it through here https://account.mortalonline.com/account/login.php OR win it through this site https://twitter.com/MortalOnline
Your key will be on the main page on your account (1st link) OR they will send it to you if you win.

LOL I rarely saw a webpage where they made is so complicated to purchase something. My credentials seems to be wrong lol.
second thing is that I would never ever pay for an Alpha access. That would be like asking my company I work for to pay me to get up from bed in the morning, to get a coffee before I go to work
I would not even pay for a beta access... early access probably.
they should try working on a mortal2 login page which would look different from the mortal1 login page. That already is confusing.

I'm sorry, I was inaccurate. You are buying the game normally with 1 month sub plus access to alpha and beta as a bonus with normal price of 39USD which will never get more expensive after release.
Anyway I agree - account page is very unreadable for new players at the moment but I believe it will change. Thats why Neftan made a guide to get into alpha
If you are still not conviced then just wait for the release. Alpha/beta is just to backup devs and help them find bugs and stuff.
Early access is nothing more than beta btw. xD
