Do crafting skills take away from the skillpoints alotted to spend on combat skills?

I get 1100 points... I want to be 100% pvp focused, but the builds for a mounted archer I see include advanced dendrology, animal materials, bow crafting, botany, bowyery, butcher app, long bow craft, short bow craft...

Do these not take away from the skillpoints I will use for combat skills or something?

You have a Action skill point pool and a professions skill point pool.
They are separate.
