Last night around 11:30 est I tried to use the refining oven to make Bron. I used 10000 cuprum, 5000 bleck, and 5000 saburra powder. It went in and gave me my last point in bron lore to 100. Materials went in, gave a skill up, timer went to 0 and nothing came out. I tried /loot and nothing, no one was around to loot it even if it did happen to drop. GM said they had to wait for logs to fix. I have sent a help ticket through the website but am at a loss of what to do next. I cant smelt items if the game destroys them....

Yeah Ive got a bunch of higher end metals I need to do for guild but holding off until this is resolved. Losing a little bron isnt the worst but I dont want to lose a stack of tungsteel to this lolNever had anything like this. But now I am afraid.
I lost many mats aswell one time due to server restart.
