Did the make another rollback?

Waited in the queue for 2 days to delete my char. Managed to do it in the middle of the night and decided to create a new one after i got some sleep. Then it somehow got resurrected

Not a rollback as such. They had a bug that deleted a lot of characters, and so they restored them. The problem is, for a lot of people like you, it actually restored a character you had been waiting ages to delete! Look on the plus side, your karmic balance must be heavily in credit by now.

Hopefully though they get these instances squared away and you will be able to get into the game soon anyway.
