Only time a gankers at risk is if they're stupid enough to stay in the same spot long enough to be counter ganked, but than they stop being the gankers. Lol luckily many people in this game are that stupid too.

Had a group of foot archers snipe me on my way back into MK an kill me. But the idiots stayed there still camping the road long enough for me to group up with 2 other people an gank them back.

Guys we can agree that people attacking others and their targets can both be risking something depending on the circumstances. It is not so cut and dry that a "ganker" always has less to risk and an attacked player has everything to lose.

So back on topic, I agree that combat banking should not be feasible under the same rules as combat deletion. If you take damage you have to wait the timer out before you can do it. I think the duration of said timer is the real thing that should be looked at as well as how much cushion for skill we are going to grant players who are attacking. I felt fine with 10 seconds since you as the attacker would have to miss the target for an entire 10 seconds before they can start deleting items. What do you think?

I'm very curious how you reason you're risking rep loss and mudercount when you're purpose is to kill someone knowing full well the entire time it'll cause a rep loss and murdercount. That's not a risk. That's a guarantee :LOL:.

Death and gear loss: Also like how this is somehow an argument when the person you're killing would be the exact same + whatever they might be farming. But sure tell me how you risk so much more.

There's nothing wrong with pvp, but it's a joke if you think you're at a bigger risk than your targets.

It's not guaranteed tho, people fighting back ain't supposed to give mcs and blue kills do. In any case risking more than the dude that has nothing to loose except whats carrying. No MC, no standing loss, having to insta ress and gear in town. Thats a lot easier if you ask me.
But the one person getting ganked risk is relative to what hes carrying and theres ways to minimize that risk :)

There way to minimize risk ganking too just don't gank someone you can't kill ez clap.

If the servers could handle it a "recycling bin" that stores info on everything deleted for the last 30-60 seconds would probably do it, upon death move item from the invisible container to the loot bag.

As for combat banking, just disable the feature when recently attacked, same way disabling deletion works.

These are very spitefull people who will be willing delete their gear instead of take the L for the mistakes they made. Same people are so angry and spite full while they are being killed in a player controlled area that they are not wanted there. They will sit there talking so much trash about how the MCs they are giving you will make you quit the game.

Like people need to getting angry that a player has some sort of control over them. That is what this is about, they just cant stand that players have some sort of control over other players in this game.

Its really sad how spitefull these players are.

Nothing wrong on griefing with mcs, its an intended game's feature. Same with deleting shit, mix competitive world with shitty design and mortal online is born.

yeah its shitty game designs but the people doing it dont need to be going around acting like victims.

I agree that this needs to be minutes and not seconds. Like Tzone said, combat banking needs to be gone too.

Additionally, blue loot needs to be able to be deleted and moved into bags. It's insane to me that I kill someone, get a MC/Standing loss but I have to fear looting him as it might make me overweight and die. Really ass backwards system in a "full loot PvP game".
Hold up. I love ganking people as much as the next guy. But having loot you steal being unable to be deleted out of thin air is one of the better changes. If you can't carry the 5 stacks of granum...you shouldn't be able to delete it. Instant deleting items on the battlefield has always been stupid...effective...but stupid.

Can this be done to red players? I haven't payed attention to that with MO2. It should work the same for reds imo.

However, I DO agree that it should be able to be put on horse bags. Its stupid you cant.

you turn grey, tons of people see grey... like in MO1 if you went grey even your friends would attack you and loot you. lol I exaggerate but people are like zombie thirsty for that free loot kill. Game has gotten abit soft.

Edit: @MolagAmur what about putting it back in the bag or dropping it tho? lol.

It works as a detriment for ganking of gatherers around cities, making the 2m crim item to help the victim and/or friends to get back and dispute the shit. But that time should go away on the actual horse/player lootbag and not thief's inventory, being landlocked for 2 minutes forced to droploot and re-gear incase of combat. Shit does not work well.

No delete timer should be increased to 60 seconds after pvp damage and decreased to 0 for pve damage.
