The few seconds they last the current clade buffs seem to be more frustrating and ineffective than useful. A lot of times in a fight we forget to even use them because every second in a fight matters and every button you press has a consequence.
My suggestions
1.) Increase the duration of the clade buffs to 30 secs. As of now the cooldown to use them is so punishing that they are not worth activating in this state.
2.) Or reduce the cooldown to a bandage timer this way we can use the clade buffs in rotations like heals and they will be way more viable.
3,) Give humans something cooler than just magic resistance. Maybe a clade that increases mental offense by 50 to give the hybrid some kind of offensive gift. As of now their gifts are only viable against mages and worthless against anything else.
