Crash while loading in

I was able to load into the main land once late last night. But today, after i waited forever in queue. Once i get to character screen and click enter Nave. I see the loading screen for 1 second than it crashes. What is going on here. Please help.

my problem is that i cant even get into the character screen... after goin through the queue time, it just reloads the game lobby and i gotta enter the queue again... if i could only get to the character selection, i would delete it and enter haven again to at least play a fresh character and enjoy the game.

Yup exactly like my problem; was able to log in on mainland too once after consistently crashing 1sec after loadingscreen, than crashed. Since then 100% crashing again when i get to the loadingscreen.

Im wondering if thats the problem people are having and if its what they are trying to fix. Ive tried to reinstall and no luck. Got 34 hours on a character but im ganna restart because now i know a little more about the game and what im going to spec into.

Is this the popup you see after the crash? Same issue I've been having for days. Super annoying to try and grind the game to get an early lead, but my game won't launch, and people already have keeps.
