Could I play Mortal Online 2 from Australia?

I'm honestly interested in buying and playing.. but I have a feeling the ping of 250 - 310ms with an EU server will be far too much and annoying to play a full loot PVP.. even with exit lag.

Is anyone else from OCE giving it a shot or have you tried a beta?

anything over 250 and I probably wouldn't. anywhere between 100-200 shouldn't be any problem.

That is what I figured.. disappointed for sure.

Hopefully the project is a great success and we can have an ASIA/OCE server or a western NA.. Get decent ping to both

It's playable for Aussies, depending on what State. As a Kiwi I get 270 - 280 ping to the server and have no issue in PvP and PvE.

Another aussie here, I also use ExitLag and get a nice ~200 ms, down from the abysmal ~320 ms that I usually get without ExitLag. Little to no warping at all, even during battles with a dozen players moving around. Easily playable.

Theres tons of ausies who have been playing for years with shit ping and decent success. It may effect what you play in the game. Some playstyles are effected more by lag. Like magic, cant be blocked, and you dont parry. So high ping shouldnt hurt as much.

Once sarducaa comes out with the NA server you'll get a sub 200 ping server to play at, and its the same game, same character with the ability to move between the continents. So that's some good news for the future I guess.

for sure you can play, im from china, the ping is around 200-250 for this game, but if you use VPN for play this , gonna be fine, you still can parry easier in combat, you can try, don't forget ur VPN, hmm try out WTFAST this game vpn , is really good not expensive

I'm in Tucson AZ (US) and get 185ms ping normally. My VPN routed to a UK server gets me down to 145ms. If you run a VPN try it out to see if it's a better ping time.
