The description tells about an increase of the weak spot chance by 5%. But what does it mean?

In case I had a weak spot chance of 1%, would the clade gift increase the chance to 6% or to 1.05%? I think the second calculation is the right one because I don't see more weak spots than before. This makes the clade gift complete useless.

We should have a visible weak spot chance. There are too many things in the game that the player has to guess if it's working correctly or not.

actually, it is logical to add 5% to the nominal initial value, it is not 1.05, rather 6.05
