Can't login?

I'm not sure If this is the right forum to post this In but I just donated and downloaded the client, but when I attempt to login It fails and say Login Failed: User not found.

What else do I need to do to be able to log into the closed beta?

Join the official discord and ask there or PM a GM. You'll get answers much quicker there.

I also can not login, user not found. I played before the open beta and paid $40 for access.

I was able to login this morning without issue
