Can i buy animals from market?

İm playing as a dominator if i buy an animal from market,

1) can i sell this animal later?
2) can i use this animal skills if my creature control enough already?

Animals you can TAME can be sold and bought at a pet broker.
Dominated creatures cannot be traded AFAIK.
