Bug report: Horses on Haven

Hello Team,

i don't know where to post the Bug report so here i go.

There is a chance to spawn with a new Character and an horse in haven.

I deleted my Char and made a new one. I jumped from a mounten near Hyllspeia and had a Horse with me at that time. I ran then in ghost mode to fabernum because i wanted to send some gold to a buddy, afterwards i reloged, deleted my Character and made a new one. After spawning in Haven my Horse spawned with me there.

if u remake a character with same name that had a horse im pretty sure u keep the horse and i think the stables aswell.

Yea in fact i used the same name

I don't think it even needs to be the same name. I deleted and remade with a completely different name during the queue hell days. I recently got to Moh Ki and there was 6g I'm the mail still from my old character's broker sales.

Also during beta I deleted a char with a house. Created new one w/ Different name... Still owned the house on new character. It said it was owned by the old character, but I could freely enter, make keys, use chest...
