Buff Khurite a bit.

Full Tindramene get more Skillpoints and Khurite get more Speed. I think the
Loss of skill points on a Khurite compared to the Tindramene should be lower to better balance (buff) some builds. You could take Khurite 3 times and as a bony human it would be closer to the Alvarin's speed.

Also, I would like to change the parent after a buff or nerf to a race's origin. Otherwise you are at a disadvantage if your character is created lomng before a buff to a race and you cannot change that. A reroll is out of the question for many players with e.g. Tungsteellore and Cronite Lore, as is the case in my character ! Some skills take forever and cost a lot of money to level up.
