Books are not reading when I offline

I notice one problem. When I offline books are not reading. Why?

they absolutely read. I don't know the exact timer mechanics on reading, but I can confirm I finished reading the book I left on last night.

I speciall notice it. Yesterday I had creature control 69. All night book Creature Control was reading. Today morning I notice that my creature control is still 69 and book is still reading. Domestication is 100. Some bug or what?

Could be that you don't have enough skill points. Also, is the skill unlocked and set to gain?

What is your reading skill and int at ? If those are low the reading gains cap at 70 according to book describtions and the last point might just take long.
