Over the course of the beta test weekend I fought many first time players, two of them, at different times and in different places (both Europeans) figured out on their own when they got below half health that they could just stand still and parry and that as long as they never swung at me or ran away they could virtually live forever. There is no logic or defense of a state of things where an experienced player should have to resort to a lot of tricks to beat a player who just then figured out how to pull their weapon.
