Best solo Mounted fighter build?

Hi, I'm looking for the best Build for a Mounted Fighter that have not a lot of time to play, so basically a Solo player with a good build for occasionaly pvp or escaping from pks.

What's the best build, race and stat for that?

I would go Thursar. I would do that for everything. Including mage.

But the classic Human is not the best in anyting, most all around character.
I need a buil for a perfect and pure Mounted fighter. No magic, no anyting else.
