HOW TO TRAIN ARMOR TRAINING? Putting on and taking off armor? I have only 7.77 kg of armor weight. How can I increase that?

put on heavier armor than u can wear and walk around with it so if u put 10kg of armor on and walked around ull eventually get to 10 armor weight and so on then u need heavier shit

As long as you wear stuff that it's weighing over your limit, you are training AR. Your limit is 7kg? put 7.1kg on you.

Easiest way I found was equip set of heavy armor that puts you into burdened armor debuff, and then afk mine or wood chop. It goes up pretty fast.
