Armor / Shield weight for Mana Regen

I was curious on weights. I have a build and it has 6kg limit for the mana regen. Lets say i have 5.3kg for my armor and i made a 1.2kg shield. would it be ok for the 6kg mana regen or would the 0.5kg over 6kg cancel the mana regen? Thanks!

Shield weight is the same as weapon weight.

AFAIK it only affects your stamina cost of blocking.

Shield weight is not counted for mana regen.

And don't worry about a few grams over 6kg, you will barely notice it. I run 9kg in a party of 3-4 and mana is rarely a problem.
