why do i need an Archery Book from the library if i can increase archery without a book? am on Achery 56

all skills can be leveled by both action and book reading, although some skills require the books to be read up to a certain point until you can level it through action (plate armor crafting for example.) It's helpful if you want to level a profession, but read a combat skill, so that you can level more than 1 skill at a time, as another example.

Correction. There are some skills that can only be increased by reading books. They have books in numerics usually. Concentration 1 2 3 for example. Very small amount of skills though.
