REMOVE Clade % loss on respec.

REMOVE 1000 hour books.

REMOVE active combat skills and instead focus on clade skills, mastery, and weapon skill balance FIRST.

REMOVE Guild Guards

REMOVE / REPLACE Dynamic Spawns with very weak and 'rare' treasure NPCs that can be farmed but do not interrupt game play. Give them a 5 minute timer before they disappear OR SOMETHING.

REMOVE (this is a tough choice, but...) 'can't learn by action' for skills.

In short, REMOVE/ REFINE everything that makes the game such a fucking grind, esp for new players. Some grind is OK, but let it be something you 'smooth' into and before you know it, you are mastery and chillin', making gains. Not spamming mats or sweating pois.

And remove Guild Guards and Random Spawns, both wack NPCs for different reasons. If people want safety, find a better way. If people want treasure, find a better way.

SHIT, make it so that said treasure npcs only spawn when you are roaming ON FOOT, to make people get off their mounts once in awhile or just go un-mounted. Oo, write that one down.

There should not be huge downsides to every 'fix' or 'adjustment.'
