Have you thought about doing Sarducca differently than it was before?
The idea is to allow more and better items, armor, spells, and so on enabling a fresh adventure in the sense of rewards too,
while not going too far and new players won't install anymore, because the game has been "out too long".
With this idea, a player can travel back and forth between the new continent, with the following exceptions:
-- Creatures and Items not found in Myrland can't be brought back to Myrland (example: new spell reagents, armor books...)
-- Your mastery levels can go over 100 from XP gained in the new continent, but when you go back to Myrland there is an effective level 100 cap. So how you spent those points has a "snapshot" for that at 100. (I am generalizing with level 100 as a nice round number, of course).
-- Naturally there can be a 2nd or 3rd continent for the Level 101-200 range, etc. Because now you can really keep going.
Thanks for reading!
