Add roaming AI

It would be nice to have like AI like Bandits / Risars roaming around the world to spice things up a bit.
So the roads do not feel safe and the world would feel more alive;

Also, it would be cool to have a roaming AI that simulate what players do.
That they drop loot & goodies upon being killed, and fight back as well.

As a reference, look into how Scavs from Escape From Tarkov work.




P.s. Camp based spawns is sooooo 2004.

I agree with the roaming part, but I also think it's too early to judge the AI. More PvE is already planned.

I think this is coming.

On MO1 there was some kind of roaming, not like active roaming but the risar "spawns" would keep popping risars like an invasion and could reach even player assets.

So I think this will be added and improved with active roaming groups.
