This is only happening with the character I created after the latest patch. It works as intended on my human characters created before the last patch. Not sure if it has anything to do with it... As you can see, it gives the bonus to riding... But not controlled riding or swift riding ...

So, I was at the priest and couldn't resurrect. The circle went round and completed, but nothing happened. I decide to log out and log back in to see if that fixed the issue. Now when I log into the account, I can select my character and "Enter Nave" "Loading Map" goes ok "Loading Player Data"...
