In Mo1 we had ALSO thieving and many other things but anyway was not enough. In mo2 we have a more friendly mmorpg build to attract more players but seem not enough.

Generally speaking I think SV trying to make MO2 more "friendly" than MO1 to attract more buyers. Thats why all that guards in cemetries i.e. or that towers outside cities and no thievery.

Sometimes happen to me so I do this to solve it: - turn off for some minutes the antivirus (I have Avast); - do the Steam file integrety scan , it will find one file missed/corrupetd and it will donwload it again. I hope could be helpful.
