I agree with this 100%. Magic slows down performance in large fights needs to be optimized at least. I got back to the game after TC but not planning to pay sub for this product.

The coolest thing about MO2 is unique possibility for massive pvp battles. I love to run in huge zerg because other games do not have it. It takes a lot of practice to became proficient front line soldier and I am cool with being handicapped in many ways just to play that one role. Yet mages...

I am playing thursar and I would be fine if we are not the best at bows. compering to more dex oriented races.I do not like using them and I am constantly being ask to carry a bow by my teamates:)

Thank you for this post. The balance footie/mage is very important for future of the game. I am not really good at numbers and game mechanics and I do not like magic in games in general but it is very interesting to read all the ideas players have.
