braking the game just to have a better ping no ty. if they slow down the riposte stab from fast weapons you wouldnt have a problem. also the netcode is still not perfect and there is a major bug this patch with desynch.
no what the thread is about is the SYSTEM behind. not how balanced it is. its about wether you run faster in combat mode or drain more stamina compared to non combat mode. this is a general rule which affects all races in the same way.
yes its even worse since last patch because of the full rendered distance when you look into hundreds of meters.
a total view distance slider would help wonders so people can choose how far they want to look depending on their system.
right now you walk in combat mode 5% faster but you drain 20% more stamina per meter.
the system works fine, you cant just say good bye im out of combat and drain around 20% less stamina with an equipment hit object on your back.
i like the mercy mode how it is because of 2 reasons:
1. you cant kill someone by accident
2. it feels good that you can NOT one hit someone, for example as a mounted combat where you have to turn your horse back to get the kill or your team mates can safe you in the last seconds making it...
so good that they died the p2w death. lif early alpha had one of the best gaming experiences i ever had before they added guild stones in a big care bear patch after that you couldnt interact with object from other players so it was a single player- single guild experience with some bad pvp...
