    You are right, that is the problem. Everyone decides it is just easier to go mounted and then that is all we get. I do not enjoy playing mounted so when that is all there is it makes me sad.     This is the way we had it in MO1. Which is fine, certainly, if you want SV to develop the game for a very small number of very large groups. I would prefer they set it up for a large number of small groups, I think that would be more sustainable as well as more fun.

    No, that is a you not knowing MO problem. Your hybrid isn't going to run down and kill a foot fighter, your hybrid will be very slightly faster, true, but will have much less stamina, i.e. not enough to kill an armored foot fighter.     Yeah, I meant run while still having my weapon out. Good point, though, I don't know what speed we run while bandaging. I need to test it.

    What are you even talking about? If the group you want to fight isn't new and you are all on foot and they choose to run to their keep then there will be nothing you can do about it. Trust me , it would be great if you could find fights where you looked for them. I would never have to stand...

    Make a poll instead to have bandaging work like it did in MO1. The way it is in MO2 discourages solo/small scale outnumbered fights since it locks your weapon away for 5+ seconds.

    Yeah, it was fine, high fps, no drops, I was in GK where I have never had problems, and then when there was finally someone to fight it did this. Before when the server was acting up it made other people teleport and hit through blocks etc. this was different and new.

    You don't actually get to choose where fights are as the aggressor, they are where you find them. It doesn't matter where they start either because people can run for a long way to get to their safe zone, which causes everyone to just play mounted characters, which I do not enjoy .

    Quick safety is the problem. Every fight gets to be standing outside of a gate waiting for your opponent to outnumber you and then when you start beating them they just run inside.

    Does anyone else lag when they get near another character? My game will be running well with 100+ fps and then when I go to fight or duel my movement and mouse movement gets sluggish and starts to respond slightly slower than normal. Then, also when I pull off from a fight to kite or bandage...

    I spent 15 minutes and made about 10 bows and was able to make a bow with the same stats as the vendor one, which I think is made as the best possible for 110 strength. I never really made bows in MO1. The more they add the less like a new game it seems, I can't decide if that's good or bad...

    Maybe it would work. If it's so easy though, wouldn't it make it only possible to siege down an entirely inactive guild? With how long it takes for the buffs to wear off it would seem the attacking guild could never camp all of the control points long enough. I don't think SV could ever balance...

    Why would this be more engaging and pvp oriented than smashing towers while people are offline ? How does changing towers to outposts accomplish that and why won't people destroy them while the other group is offline?

    Thanks for the thoughtful answer. I had thought from your comment that you hadn't played in more recent times and was updating you on how it had changed. I was Pyre so we did a lot of siegeing and were sieged a lot, too, but there was less of politics about it than there was before we formed .

    It was like this until the TC patches, since then everything changed. At one point we no longer could log out boulders on free to plays or mail them, etc. so we had to figure out different ways. Some were visible still, but not all. My guild would bring all the boulders with us for a siege...
