I don't know if this applies to your situation, but if Scribing is a primary skill or a nested secondary skill, it may be that your primary skill pool is depleted. Or that one or more of the parent skills are locked or set to decrease. It is also possible that the skill is simply bugged.

This came as a complete surprise to me, though knowing Steam I think it could all be due to semantics and technical categorisation.

Due to this being a first-person only game, you have the option of opening up your paperdoll window and click full screen which allows you to zoom in/out, rotate and tilt the camera to your liking.

Hopefully this will reach all the Japanese and other non-English speaking players out there who have quit because of this. I can confirm that running MortalOnline2.exe in the game's main folder with Steam already running will start the game and allow the player to log in.
