Safer for whom? Are you not still able to PvP in this game? Can you still kill PvE players as of right now? All the game is doing to PvP is making it harder for unlawful players to access lawful towns, which they wouldn’t need access to anyway. Everything they would buy and craft in town can be...

Why, as a pvp player with the ability to loot those you kill, do you need to utilize a town?

You are the consumer. They are the devs. It super simple. Your input in development starts and ends at the review page on steam. If you don’t like something about the game leave a bad review and if it’s an unplayable game, don’t play it. At the end of the day this is a product, not a...

You have to pay for any game. You think devs work for free? With gamers like you it’s no wonder programmers can’t get a union going lol. You have such an entitled Karen point of view.

The fact that you have to protest means they aren’t listening lol. You also keep saying “carebear” and you still haven’t clarified what you mean by that.

How is this an insult? Lol I played New World and didn’t like it so I, you know, stopped playing it instead of bitching to the devs to make it different…. Like an adult

No I’m an adult and have a life working in the entertainment business and don’t understand why the fanboys like yourself think you own the property because you payed one time to consume it. Maybe instead of being a backseat driver learn to code get a group together and make the game you want to play

    1. I actually haven’t encountered any person in the game who hasn’t greeted me with a hello or heal instead of just kos without anything being said. So this whole thing seemed silly when I heard about the “protest” 2. nobody has a gun to you’re head you don’t have to accept it and stay. Nobody...

Im I’m not punishing anyone Lolol what are you talking about? Are you like 12? Lol the game is how the devs want it because they are the ones that made it and set up these systems. The devs have been contacted multiple times and refused change it. That’s why you guys are griefing new players...

At the end of the day we aren’t the ones making the game. If MO2 is something people like they should play it if not people don’t have to. Mordhau might be exactly what those players are looking for. At the end of the day play what you like, just don’t expect a game to change to fit your...

Not really. Let’s say you are in a graveyard and a mage fires a spell towards an undead but misses. That shot he took went by you at the same distance as the mages spell in your scenario. Two completely different situations but if the game was calibrated to register a close shot as an assault...

If you’re looking for a “go to this place and kill 5 dire wolves” missions you might want to try New World. This game is more about getting better items in a plethora of different ways that the player gets to choose from. Each way of obtaining them comes with its own set of consequences and benefits

It can be about combat though. If you want to still use the Viking analogy use Ragnar Lothbrook as an example. His yarl had told him not to go raiding across the sea in search of new land (now known as England). Ragnar disobeyed him and as a result had lost the yards favor and was punished for...

Vikings were not pirates. They were run by Yarls who acted as kings. Those Yarls controlled where and when they would raid. If a Viking went against orders of the yard they could be punished, exiled or killed. The faction leaders (yarls) are all npcs. They are not player run. And those “yarls”...
