I agree with that. Giving a slight damage delay so the server can see if a player had blocked ( maybe .2 sec ) would be good. Only small issue would be that now low ping players would have slightly more time to block. Though this does give higher pings a greater chance of preventing a hit...

Using a bug for testing purposes is fine. Using a bug to your advantage in a fight is not fine... i believe the guide state its okay to test bugs but not abuse them.
