    I would say if a game is skill based enough and rewards training it would turn less toxic. Accountability does alot. Dedicated players train more then toxic players, so the problem will solve itself as it used to. Politics worked for a reason in early MO.

    Strong crowd control can be either or I feel but coupled with precision and a hard to achieve way could work but its easy to make it benefit the zerg more then smaller groups resulting in a bigger stomp easier for the zerg. Same with stuns, slows, etc.

    I actually now think it can only be made, but never fixed. Once made they cant touch it nomore or else they ruin it. So SV can make a good game but they always ruin it within a short amount of time.

    Make hitting and blocking harder, bad parry direction leak dmg through. Smaller parry time, lower parry radius. Make good hits way harder, decrease max dmg on bad hits. Turn up speeds all around. Decrease armor mitigation all around. Back hits increased dmg. Lower in combat healing abilities...
