Its nothing but server wide trash talking channel. In the 1 hour i watched it, it was nothing but self stroking parade of shit talkers that are obviously bored out of their minds, and just want to stroke their ego by trash talking anyone they can. And its only gonna get worse. Every pvp...

He is asking for a pvp flag that you can toggle on or off. Never going to happen. The core of this game is free for all full loot pvp. If you dont like pvp then you are playing the wrong game. The only point to pve is to gather materials to then go pvp.

You must be new here…. 😆 Welcome to MO2, where 3 times more accounts get banned every month than new people join the game. And yet somehow the population remains always about the same…I’ll let you figure out why…

All that you have! I think most guys are running 32GB these days. Some even 64. The game uses a crap load of RAM cause its poorly optimized. The more the better.

That guide is outdated. Taming and dominating had a massive rebalance a few patches ago, right around the relics launch. Not sure if anyone bothered updating all the numbers. the few tamers i knew stopped playing they were so disappointed.

Why? You don't like getting ganked by 5 elite ranged & melee mobs that spawn directly on top of you with no warning(even when you are fighting other mobs), and chase you for miles at a full sprint while bowing you down and nuking you and your horse with aimbot? 😆 At least when you are getting...

It doesnt matter how insane it is if it doesn't work for what’s intended. It “works” only when a handful of people play the game. When the newest patch forces hundreds of people together its a shit show. If this is how you want to run your game, then cap the server at 500 people and open...

Ridiculously. Thats how SV balances things that they dont know how else to balance. Thats why MM have to go straight to cast. Thats why MA can’t shoot on the right side. Thats why MC can swing their sword through their horse’s head and still hit you. Thats why foot mages have to almost stand...

Funny thing is i left because of the meteor patch. Not exactly the meteors themselves (a good idea that i was actually excited for), but the fact that it brought people back (naturally) and obviously escalated conflicts (exactly what it was supposed to do) which in turn completely broke the...

You made many points in a very long post. From time sinks, to skill level required, to community, to solo vs group experience, to just needing more population to bring back streamers. Of course a lot of those points have merit, but even if those things are changed, and we manage to bring in 10k...

Most of those players arent playing because this game has too many bugs, broken mechanics, cheaters and exploiters, and an absolutely terrible community of stream sniping no lifers that will greef most streamers out of the game just for giggles. It is true that the game requires a ton of time...

Contrast early UO days: Non-consensual PvP (RPK) was generally despised by most players. RPK (Random Player Killing) was socially discouraged and ostracized. Today: RPK/griefing not only tolerated but often celebrated by vocal minorities. Social media and streamer culture reinforce...

There has to be simple ways to make it too punishing to spin around. Bring back the double tap step that lets you hop in that direction( double tap when they spin to make them miss) Or ad double damage if hit in the back, or chance to get staggered if hit in the back….something to try and get...

I also dont like comparing MO to Rust. Rust feels like a survival arena. Everything is 10 times faster and easier. Dying means nothing. Dont like the people? Change server. Rulesets are just so different, its a complete different feel. I would compare Rust to Dayz, but Mortal has a totally...

There is some magic, some flashes of genius, some nuggets if brilliance in this game for sure. Its why, for those that fall in love with it its so hard to give it up. So hard to find one other game that scratches that same itch. So hard to find the same thrill and visceral feeling in other mmos...

I wish I possessed your optimism in Henrik’s intention, and his just “being rudderless”, but i dont buy it. Ive been around since the launch of MO1, 15 years ago, and every single time Henrik has steered this ship in the same place. Against the same rocks. Every time he has encouraged the RPK...

Im talking about the cancer that is spinning in melee combat. The only way in which you are forced to play, if you want to partake in main feature of this game: melee combat. You simply cannot be competitive in small scale pvp, or single combat without it. It is idiotic, ridiculous and frankly...

This “lord of the flies” culture isnt a fluke, its a deliberate direction that Henrik has always favoured. He was very forthcoming back in the MO1 days about his love for the early days of Ultima, specifically the rpk playstyle being his favourite. There is no surprise of the direction of sll...

This is one of the biggest turn offs for the single player experince to be honest. The fact that every time you get ganked, whether you see it coming or not, there is almost no chance of getting away. You are forced to fight, because every mechanic is slanted in favour of the person initiating...

But do you have video proof? Thats the only response i seem to get from GMs these days, for just about anything in game. As if its my job to record every moment of gameplay in order to prove that people are cheating or that the game has bugs. Its completely ridiculous. Also, for every person...
