I agree w/ that being an issue. What you stated is also an issue, but it's not a game breaking issue. The issue of people skilling up in haven is def 'an issue' but they are mostly nubs who are gonna get farmed out of the game and they are wasting their refund time so... - shrug - kinda sucks...

seems like they took out skill gain on dummies (as someone said), or I didn't get anything while hitting them. It's pretty lame people can magi themselves and gain skills, given that change.

Yea I went away for awhile after this, but there are 8000 people in game so it can't be affecting everyone. I'd go as far as to say people are not doing a great job of griefing people out of the game. ALL TALK NO ACTION :P

130 is max dex I think, imo 129 not worth ( i considered), and you can get 127 lean, so unless that +5 int is worth that much to you, I wouldn't go there. I'm 83str, 127 dex, 101 con.
