If I remember correctly, you need a heat source and cooking tool (I use the cooking pot) in order to cook the meat.

My guess is that they will add Combine (as well as Compare, which was one of the best features in MO1) at some stage.

Anything and everything you want to move between cities will have to be physically transported by yourself. That's by design. Or hire a reputable and experienced transporter who can do it for you under the cover of stealth and darkness where no one will know about it.

Do bear in mind also that the game recommends 32gb ram. Even EVE Online which is significantly less taxing than MO2 is now recommending 16gb ram, so the technology gap is closing in on our once superior pc setups again, inevitably.
