As already pointed out the stamina penalty is barely noticeable. If you're rocking heavy 26kg armor with max skills you're barely at 70% stamina regen penalty. Hell if a horse puts on 26kg of armor it moves at 60% of its normal speed...

A short bow has a 77m range. An Asym bow has a 87m range.... I can easily hit the same things with the short bow that I can hit with the asym bow with next to none of the stamina drain. Aiming Technique is not required or even needed if you use shortbows. And Marksmanship is completely...

Reagents.... you can just buy a bag and put your reagents in there and carry that on you. That is what I and many other mages do. It makes life easy and if you spend a bout 10 minutes you can setup 10 of these bags in your bank and have enough to go for a while. Do we really need a macro...

Because you dont have blocking maxed. If you have 100 blocking and 100 defensive stance you can block most if not all of the incoming damage when you block correctly.
