VOIP ban bugged

Heyo. On thursday night me got chat ban for playing Christmas carols in Meduli. It say: 2 day ban, which is 48 hours. It should haved expired last night at 10pm London time.

It says:

Strike 1​

• You will be muted from the communication method used when breaking the chat policy for 2 days.

But...it now Sunday an says still banned. Why are you so mean to Barney? Can me get compensation plx.
