Voice Volume is extremely low after latest patches

Hello all,

I couldn't find the IT/Help forum... so posting here.

Coming back after many months, and a few of us are having an issue with the voice volume. It's extremely low no matter what we do. Windows volume is set to max.

Anyone experience this? Have any ideas?
