I recommend several changes to the trinket system.
Gem Effectiveness Change
Upgrade max damage rolls to...
3% - Red Coral
5% - Amethyst
I know there are multipliers that effect the rolls, so adjust the multiplier to whatever would result in these percentages, with damage as an example.
Trinket Tier Correction
The metal to gem ratio is incorrect with how amethyst work with cuprum.

Prepatch Item Resolution:
All gem tiers that exceed their metal tier by greater than one will be reduced to metal tier plus one. No modification to gem tier will occur when the gem tier is less than zero from the metal tier. No modification to the characteristics of the trinket will be changed if their is a change the gem in the trinket.
Examples:
Pre-Patch: Gold/Ruber - +4 raw con/+11% Slash/+11 Mana
Post-Patch: Gold/Ruber - +4 raw con/+11% Slash/+11 Mana
Pre-Patch: Silver/Ruber - +1 raw con/+11% Slash/+11 Mana
Post-Patch: Silver/Topaz- +1 raw con/+11% Slash/+11 Mana
Pre-Patch: Oghmium/Amethyst - +4 raw con/+4 raw str/3% Slash
Post-Patch: Oghmium/Amethyst - +4 raw con/+4 raw str/3% Slash
Trinket Polish Correction
Polish prices are the same as MO1, but we now have three times as many charges on our trinkets. I recommend doubling of the polish prices to bring back into line the desired upkeep cost of trinkets while still maintaining the QoL function and cost benefit transition from MO1 to MO2.
Trinket Atomization System
Turns an existing trinket into a powder of it's respective tier using the Fabricula and a Magical Reliquary as a reagent.
Magical Reliquary (A small box designed to contain magical powders) - Purchased for one gold coin at the Magic Vendor.
Fabricula output example: Cuprum Reliquary.
Trinket Flux Creation
Turns 10 [metal] reliquaries into one [metal] transmutation flux using the Fabricula and a Liquefying Agent as a reagent.
Liquefying Agent (A reduction agent used to turn magical powders into transmutation flux) - Purchased for 10 gold coins at the Magic Vendor.
Fabricula output example: Cuprum Transmutation Flux.
Trinket Alchemical Transformation
Turns 10 [metal] reliquaries into one tier higher [metal] Reliquary using the Fabricula and a Philosopher's Stone as a reagent.
Philosopher's Stone (Transforms metals from a lower tier to a higher tier.) - Purchased for 20 gold coins at the Magic Vendor.
Fabricula output example: Silver Reliquary.
