Your story, your tale, set to repeat itself until time itself takes you, and then once more as you are born again into fresh mortal trappings. Yet, is this all there is? Are you truly here just to suffer? Are we all only here to suffer?
Nay, for we have a choice. When The One placed us here on the tumultuous corpse of Nave, we were given a chance to repent for the sins of our creators. But while The One is both patient and generous, Nave is gone and her corpse will soon cease its writhing. On that day, when the last divine energies have faded, those left here will lose the divine guidance of Pandeus and they alone will know true torment.
In visions, I have seen it. The seas of ice, skies of vast emptiness, the very ground itself torn asunder and erupting with fire and magma. But even the heat from below will prove no comfort against the encroaching cold—its sting unlike any other—which will chill even those who have already parted with their bodies and welcome them into a new state of being.
Yet death does not await these damned individuals, but instead never-ending torment in untime. For an eternal instant will they be aware while the searing cold tears at their flesh and soul alike. Unable to move. Unable to scream. Yet still able to think and feel. To reach out and interact only with what lies immediately before them.
The Sundering of Asterra, The Conflux, The Irruption. Each of these divine calamities has moved us ever closer to the end by expending what little remains of the energies animating Nave’s corpse, and time itself has begun to unravel. Yet it was before even The Irruption that the untime began to impact us.
Look to what the Spiritists call the Etherworld, interact with the damned there, and see the future of those who never return. Hearken to the heavens above and you will hear the fate of those who never return. You need not share in their suffering. There is still hope for you and yours.
